Inside Sales Representative

Ironwear is a leading provider of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety solutions. As we continue to expand our reach and enhance our service offerings, we are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to drive sales of our PPE and safety equipment products. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts, providing excellent customer service, and supporting our sales team in achieving business goals. You will engage with existing customers as well as generate new leads through calls, emails, and online channels. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships and identifying product solutions that meet their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and build relationships with potential customers through proactive outreach.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and order processing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks in CRM software.
  • Support marketing initiatives and participate in trade shows or promotional events as needed.
  • 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Proficiency in understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Positive attitude and a passion for sales in the PPE and safety equipment industry
