Job Summary: As Operations Administrator / Contracts Associate, you will be responsible for managing and updating client agreements, processing various types of tickets, and handling a range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Your role will involve maintaining accurate records, managing non-disclosure and master client agreements, and ensuring compliance with security standards while invoicing agreements monthly. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing orders, managing invoicing, and providing support to other departments as needed.

You successfully fulfill the following essential duties and responsibilities:

You will utilize your ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS to efficiently:

  • Review and update client agreements to reflect any changes in terms, services, or pricing. 
  • Set up, maintain, and update customer contracts with the latest statuses and key information. 
  • Assist in preparing, receiving, and invoicing for all product orders ensuring necessary information is included and accurate.
  • Process purchasing orders, ensuring all details are accurate and orders are placed in a timely manner.
  • Administer Ad Hoc reporting as necessary. 

You will use your COMMUNICATION SKILLS to:

  • Manage and respond to emails ensuring timely and accurate communication. 

You will use your COLLABORATIVE SKILLS to:

  • Participate in weekly Purchasing/Finance L10 meetings, discussing updates and strategies.
  • Assist the company by completing all other job duties assigned.

Requirements

You will meet the following educational, licensing, certification and work experience requirements:

  • Associate’s Degree in Business or related field required. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred. 
  • 2-5 years customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
  • Experience with Connectwise, Quosal software a plus.
  • Hold and maintain a valid driver’s license; driving record must meet the criteria of ISG’s insurance carrier for acceptance of coverage.
