iSoftStone, Inc. is seeking an IT Engineer – Audio/Visual to join our Team in Palo Alto, CA!
(Onsite Position)

Audio/Visual (A/V) Systems Management:
• Design, implement, and maintain A/V solutions for conference rooms, huddle spaces, and large presentation areas.
• Troubleshoot A/V equipment issues, including projectors, video conferencing systems, microphones, speakers, and displays.
• Provide support for video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, etc.), ensuring seamless remote collaboration.
• Coordinate and assist with A/V setups for company-wide meetings, presentations, and special events.
• Maintain and update documentation for A/V setups and configurations.
Meeting Room Technology:
• Ensure that meeting rooms are equipped with modern, functional technology that promotes productivity, including digital signage, touch screens, and booking systems.
• Perform regular maintenance checks and proactive monitoring of meeting room equipment.
• Provide end-user training and troubleshooting support for meeting room technology.
• Manage room scheduling software and systems to ensure optimal room utilization.
Badge Access Control Systems:
• Manage and maintain the office badge access control system, ensuring secure and controlled access to different office spaces.
• Monitor and troubleshoot any badge system issues, including badge creation, removal, and access level adjustments.
• Coordinate with HR and security teams to ensure up-to-date employee access records and compliance with security policies.
• Support installation and configuration of new badge readers and access control hardware as required.
Networking and Connectivity:
• Work closely with the IT team to ensure strong, reliable, and secure network connectivity across office locations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues related to workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas.
• Assist with network hardware installations, such as switches, routers, access points, and cabling.
• Support remote users with VPN, remote desktop, and other connectivity solutions.
• General IT & Facilities Support:
• Collaborate with IT and facilities teams to manage workplace technology upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
• Act as a point of contact for employees experiencing workplace-related technical issues and provide fast, effective solutions.
• Assist with hardware inventory management, ensuring meeting rooms and workplace systems are well-equipped.
• Document workplace technology processes and procedures and provide training to employees as needed.
Primary Location Pay Range: $80,000 – 105,000
