Sr. Product Manager, Data Integrations

Data Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and delivering strategic data initiatives from inception to delivery, across multiple aspects within the organization. You'll be working with Data Engineering, DevOps, Data Science and Business leaders to deliver effective and insightful data solutions that ultimately help power our world-class products. This position requires commitment, ownership, flexibility, business acumen, and long term vision. You will be empowered to set ambitious goals that directly deliver business impact to our organization and our customers. What you will be up to: ? Work with Product, Engineering and Business teams to identify specific internal and external needs and convert them into Product requirements. ? Interface with product and engineering leadership to validate requirements and convert them into executable stories. ? Define best practices and processes for Data Engineering, Data Science and Business teams as well as other stakeholders in the organization. ? Coordinate with a diverse group of developers, technical architects, data scientists, program/project managers, and vendors. ? Ensure resource availability and allocation. ? Manage changes to the scopes, schedules, and vendors using appropriate verification techniques. ? Define and manage acceptance criteria for multiple vendor solutions, balancing business and technical requirements. Strong collaborative and prioritization skills are a must. ? Develop comprehensive product rollout plans to be shared with business teams and clients. ? Develop and continuously iterate workflows and best practices for data solutions. ? Create and maintain comprehensive documentation (Epics, Briefs, etc.) ? Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within the communicated scope. What your peers would say about you: ? You're cool with doing off-site events with the teams. Our must-have Experience: ? Proven working experience in Product Management. ? Experience with audience data and Ad tech ? Experience with identity solutions and privacy compliance ? Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience. ? 3-5 years' experience in the software industry, working as a product manager, data engineer or data scientist ? Working knowledge of database structures and data querying skills (i.e. PostgreSQL, Redshift, S3, Python,etc) ? embedded systems, networks, software design, development, operations, and a proven ability to adapt to and learn new technologies.
