Pay Details:
The starting hourly rate range for this position is $39.83 to $48.68 per hour. The actual hourly rate offered will take internal value, peer equity, job-related factors, and other organizational considerations into account.
ocV!BE, a premier mixed-use community and live entertainment district, is coming to Anaheim in 2026! This $4 billion, 100-acre, mixed-use community will surround its anchor, Honda Center, with new live entertainment venues, dining and retail offerings, and public amenities. From intimate clubs to a new 6K-capacity concert venue, ocV!BE will provide a full range of entertainment, activating the District daily for the enjoyment of its guests.
The IT Analyst position is within the ocV!BE IT Team, based at the ACC Corporate Center office with significant time spent at the Honda Center. The IT Analyst position is responsible for maintaining a dependable IT infrastructure throughout the environment, ensuring uptime of all desktop and mobile systems. This position requires knowledge and understanding of desktop and laptop computing, iOS devices, wireless network systems, e-mail, anti-virus/malware, cyber security, and phone systems. This position reports to the Manager, IT Desktop and Event Support.
Responsibilities
  • Desktop configuration/deployment/support
  • Phone systems set-up and assistance, including analog, cloud-based and IP-based
  • Network printer configuration/deployment
  • Mobile device support for Apple and Android devices
  • Application support: (Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM)
  • Network connectivity troubleshooting
  • Diagnose issues with point-of-sale hardware and software
  • Help with Audio/Visual systems and conference set-ups, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Troubleshoot user issues with desktop hardware, software, and mobile devices
  • Some travel to other sites as required
Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a related field, A+ certification preferred
  • 2+ years of experience as an IT Desktop Analyst or similar role
  • Experience with Tanium or similar endpoint management tool is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of database, system security, and troubleshooting
  • Experience maintaining user accounts in Azure and on-prem AD
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
  • Experience with ServiceNow Help Desk or similar ticketing system
  • Excellent communication skills and able to work with a diverse user community
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving aptitude
  • Understanding of business practices
  • Proactive and possess strong follow-through skills, as well as able to prioritize and complete projects on time
  • Possess a valid California driver's license and a good driving record
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays as required
  • Requires prolonged standing and bending; able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
