The Associate Analyst position is part of Digital Asset Management within Digital Foundations. This role will focus on processing telecommunications services invoices.

Responsibilities may include:
Authorizing invoices for payments and allocating charges to the appropriate business unit/end user, managing accounts, dispute resolution, and vendor relations

Providing customer service and coordinating internal service delivery through service managers, BU partners, and GFS/F&PA

Resolving monthly billing kick outs for various service providers, ensuring that all services handled are tracked correctly in Pinnacle (asset inventory tool)

Troubleshooting and resolving customer billing issues utilizing ServiceNow ticketing system

Required Qualifications

Legally authorized to work in the United States

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

Must be able to perform independently and work well with others

Preferred Qualifications

2 or more years of accounting or billing related experience

Experience with SAP

Strong organizational skills, including the ability to quickly resolve problems and work with little supervision

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a variety of groups to assess need and provide support

Ability to prioritize and work efficiently
