IT Operations Intern (Summer)

Greenheck Group is very proud of its involvement in the college education process and is committed to furthering a student's education by partnering them with full-time internships and providing hands-on experience. All intern students are treated as "real" employees, as we understand gaining real life experience is key in this relationship. We have been extremely pleased with the results of the intern program, and have found it to be a win-win relationship. Our intern program runs through the summer, typically May-August.

IT Helpdesk

• Install, maintain and support operating system software, including the determination of errors and the application of corrections, as necessary.
• Diagnose system hardware, software, and operator problems. Recommend or perform minor remedial actions to correct problems based on knowledge of system operations.
• Install, maintain and support network and data communication hardware and software.
• Provide second level of trouble-shooting in resolving problems.
• Work with helpdesk to provide proper levels of customer service based on customer needs.
• Performs related work as required.
