Position Summary:
This position represents the Global Experience & Identity (GXI) organization, Organizational Effectiveness & Delivery department, Service Performance & Experience (SPX) group, and Strategy Delivery Office (SDO) team. Individuals in the position perform the role of Delivery Manager as asked by the SDO Lead. Responsibilities include driving the planning, execution, and closure of deliverables related to Endpoint and IT infrastructure initiatives. The qualified candidate must be proficient at identifying and raising risks and issues so they’re mitigated and managed appropriately ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and within budget. Knowledge, skills, and experience utilizing the agile methodology while leveraging Jira or other similar tools, as demanded by individual projects, is required.
Responsibilities:
Customer Focus
Work with IT Managers and business stakeholders across Cigna to understand customer needs.
Work to deliver a consistent, reliable customer experience.
Leadership
Lead cross functional teams of senior team members up to director level.
Represent Cigna to external stakeholders and customers on technology topics.
Embrace a lean agile mindset.
Stakeholder Management
Meet with key stakeholders to define requirements for solutions.
Work closely with key stakeholders to successfully integrate solutions and objectives.
Continuous service improvement
Support service improvement efforts to prevent or reduce incidents, enhance existing support, and improve customer experience.
Qualifications:
Must be a current contractor with Cigna Healthcare, Evernorth Health Services, or one of their subsidiaries.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Demonstrated project management experience ideally in areas such as endpoint, compute or cloud.
Strong leadership, interpersonal skills and team building skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Experience leading organizational change involving technology and associated business processes a plus.
Agile (Kanban / Scrum) experience desired.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 102,600 - 171,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
