Overview

Quorum is looking for an IT Project Manager who will be primarily responsible for medium to large-scale projects, starting at the scoping/planning phase through installation and go-live. The Project Manager will develop methodologies and metrics to track success and work closely with Quorum’s business and IT teams throughout project phases.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Track, report and follow through on customer requirements, feature requests, defects, and patches
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Communicate the project timelines and overall project status to all internal and external stakeholders on regular basis.
• Alert key internal and external personnel for any issues that might affect the project deadline
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Continue to deploy Agile-hybrid concepts
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Identify processes and activities to improve (bring best practices for our size company)
• And other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• BSc/MSc degree in the field of computer science, information technology, or similar.
• A minimum of 5+ years of work experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience with major system implementations such as NetSuite, Salesforce.com, etc.
• Experience working with business projects such as Operational improvements or company certifications i.e., SOC2 etc.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Ability to work with global stakeholders from diverse cultures and different time zones which would include times outside normal business hours
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
• Standardize the Software Development Lifecycle into the organization (Agile/Scrum/Hybrid).

Additional Details

• Salary commensurate with experience ($70,000 - $125,000 US Dollars) with bi-weekly pay via direct deposit. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Quorum Software reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the qualifications, experience, training, work history, and geographic location of the selected candidate.
• Background Check: The successful candidate will need to successfully complete the following clearances: Criminal History Check, Education Verification, Employment Verification, Driver’s License Verification and passport/ID validation.
• Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in the United States is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position. The successful candidate will be required to ensure they maintain and renew any visas or permits that grant employment eligibility where applicable.
