THE ROLE

Reporting to our VP of Tech Ops, the Site IT Administrator will be responsible for the effective management of hardware, software, and associated technologies that support and enhance operations within our fulfillment center.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment
Arranges for and/or prepares equipment for shipping/receiving
Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated validation systems, file servers, email servers, application servers, and administrative systems
Diagnose and quickly resolve a wide range of Windows and Apple applications and networking problems to help minimize downtime
Monitoring, analyzing, and responding to the tickets, customer call, and IT-related HighJump Support request
Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers, computer hardware, and any other authorized peripheral equipment
Return defective equipment/parts to maintenance inventory, document customer repairs, maintain, and restock assigned parts inventory to ensure proper spare parts levels
Familiarize end-users with basic software, hardware, and peripheral device operation
Arranges for and/or prepares equipment for shipping/receiving
Maintain physical infrastructure including racks, power, cooling, cabling, and devices

QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of IT Administration experience
Experience with HighJump is a plus
Proficient in MS Office and Google Docs
Previous experience supporting a Fulfillment Center is a plus
In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
Entrepreneurial: Able to wear many hats and thrive in scenarios where you are given lots of independence
Team-Oriented: Willingness to help out on projects that drive the team forward
College-level training and/or degrees is a plus; however, experience may be substituted for formal educational credentials

JOB INFORMATION

Compensation Description - The base salary range for this position is $55-$60K/Per Year.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and geographic location.
Total Compensation includes Base Salary, Stock Options, Health & Wellness Benefits, Unlimited PTO, and more!
