IT System Engineers at mParticle are responsible for the day-to-day administration of systems and applications through automation and change management. You'll provide cloud identity and infrastructure support and work closely with our Security, People Ops, and other departments to ensure a superior experience for our end users. This is a hands-on position and applicants must have significant experience executing detailed project initiatives in order to add to the reputation of mParticle's IT Team

What you'll be doing:

• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide scalable solutions in alignment with business technology strategy and architecture
• Create Enterprise Integrations, automation strategy, and Roadmap
• Be the key stakeholder in the development of change management processes
• Automate IT processes and tools lifecycle management, provisioning/de-provisioning of users from SaaS applications, automation, onboarding automation from HRIS system
• Management and administration of Identity provider (Okta - ie. SAML, OIDC, SWA, and WS-Fed integrations to IdP) and universal directory
• Work alongside our InfoSec team to ensure that our policies and guidelines are always followed.
• Provide remote technical assistance for issues related to SSO, MFA, VPN, SaaS functionalities and SaaS integrations.
• Build and maintain the IT Knowledge base.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in deploying, configuring and managing company-wide SaaS applications such as Okta, Slack, Google Workspace, Jira, Jamf, WorkSpace One, or similar technologies.
• 3+ years of experience integrating with Cloud/SaaS applications, APIs, SDK of packaged applications, and legacy applications.
• Strong understanding of Identity Management in a cloud first environment
• Good understanding of IT security policies and best practices (ITIL, NIST, etc.)
• Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude
• Strong attention to detail along with a commitment to quality and confidentiality
• Experience delivering impact in a data-driven organization - helping our organization to continue to set and maintain OKRs, and other metrics to make more data-driven decisions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $94,900-$122,650 + equity & benefits.
