Position: IT Tech (Field) Support Specialist
Location: Los Angeles / San Fernando Valley / Orange County, CA
At NIC, we have three levels of IT Tech Support Specialist positions:
Level 1 IT Support Tech Requirements
Level 2 IT Support Tech Requirements
Level 3 IT Support Tech Requirements
All Levels of Tech Support candidates must be able to collaborate well with NIC team members such as other support techs, system admins, operations staff, and technical account managers. This is a position for someone who can work in a fast-paced environment and exercise good judgment. A reliable form of transportation is a must as you will be required to travel throughout the Los Angeles and Orange County areas.
In this role, the candidate will provide remote and on-site technical support to NIC clients. Responsibilities will include deploying, maintaining, and supporting network devices and connectivity with servers, workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, operating systems, and applications as needed.
