Accounts Payable Clerk

In this role, you’ll play an essential part in ensuring smooth, efficient payment operations, keeping vendors and employees connected and informed as you manage the company’s payables.Benefits & Extras:• Immediate opportunity with quick interview and hiring process• Up to $25/hour as a direct hireCompensation:• $22-25/hour direct hireWhat You’ll Be Doing:• Processing payments, ensuring compliance with company financial policies• Handling daily transactions: verifying, classifying, and recording AP data• Conducting AP audits and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy• Addressing and resolving vendor discrepancies and monthly reconciliations• Generating regular reports on AP status and managing documentation• Monitoring compliance on AP processes (W9s, sales tax) and handling record keepingWhat You’ll Need to be Considered:• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)• Familiarity with ERP software• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with numbers• Customer service experience in an AP or accounting settingHow To Apply:We’d love to see your resume, but we don’t need it to have a conversation.
