Job Description:
Lead the global HRIS system, ensuring stable operation and meeting HR business needs across branches and manufacturing plants worldwide. Leverage AI technology to enhance system intelligence and efficiency. Collaborate with global HR, IT, and third-party providers to implement, optimize, and maintain HRIS projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global HRIS Strategy and Implementation:
- Develop strategic plans for HRIS to align with business needs and AI advancements.
- Oversee system deployment, upgrades, configuration, and data migration.
- Collaborate with regional HR teams to align system functionalities with business requirements.
- Ensure integration with the company’s broader information systems.
- Process Optimization and Automation:
- Streamline HR processes using HRIS functionalities and intelligent tools.
- Introduce automation to reduce manual operations and enhance accuracy and satisfaction.
- User Training and Support:
- Conduct training to improve system adoption and utilization.
- Provide ongoing support to address user challenges.
- System Maintenance and Optimization:
- Manage daily operations, resolve technical issues, and ensure system stability.
- Analyze performance for continuous improvements using AI-driven enhancements.
- Data Management and Insights:
- Utilize data analysis tools and AI algorithms to generate insightful HR reports.
- Ensure data security and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR management, computer science, data science, or related fields.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in HRIS management, including deployment and optimization.
- Experience with multinational HRIS systems and platforms like ADP or Biznus preferred.
- Knowledge or experience in applying AI in HR is an advantage.

- Proficient in HRIS functions, configuration, and data management.
