IVR Automation Engineer - San Diego(Onsite)

We are looking for a IVR Automation Engineer to work onsite in San Diego, CA!

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day testing including nightly deployments, maintenance activities and bug fixes.
• Execute tests with BestBuy devices; JB flip, JB Smart, JB Responder and Amazon Echo.
• Responsible for creation of test plans/stories and document test results on Zephyr/Jira
• Identify and create bugs in Jira; follow-up on bugs with developers and work with them to resolve.
• Work with dependent teams such as Care Apps, Care, Solution Testers, Mpers in testing Genesys Cloud applications.
• Participate in backlog grooming sessions to understand the business/functional requirements
• Participate in Sprint ceremonies; Standups, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning and Retrospectives
• Provide knowledge transfer to offshore
• Work on Automation solutions; Cyara and Selenium
• Work with UCT Engineers regularly in triaging issues to closure
• Act as a Backup for QA Manager

• A Competitive pay, the salary range for the role is $90,000 - $105,000
