Marketing Demand Generation and Marketing Operations Manager

Jaan Health is on a mission to revolutionize healthcare with our AI-powered virtual care platform, Phamily. We are searching for a talented and motivated Marketing Demand Generation and Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. In this dual-focused role, you will develop and execute effective marketing strategies to drive demand and optimize marketing operations for our innovative healthcare solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity and analytical thinking, with proven experience in demand generation, marketing operations, and funnel optimization. If you are passionate about leveraging data to impact marketing strategies and have a background in healthcare or technology, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective demand generation strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions for our products.
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions for future campaigns.
  • Coordinate with sales and customer success teams to align lead generation efforts and support their goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing content team to produce compelling marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
  • Manage marketing automation systems to streamline processes, improve lead nurturing, and optimize the customer journey.
  • Develop and maintain reporting metrics to track marketing performance and present findings to leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to innovate our approach and maintain competitiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, marketing operations, or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Experience in the healthcare or technology sector is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude with the willingness to explore and test new strategies.
