This is a highly visible role reporting directly to the SVP of Financial Products with frequent exposure to the CEO and CFO.The Senior Director of Financial Product Strategy & Analytics will drive decision-making on critical strategic issues. Come help us change personal finance forever.RESPONSIBILITIESAdvise the Head of Financial Products and CEO on key decisionsLead the analytic thinking behind the financial product businessDevelop, design, and execute analysis to support critical business decisionsHelp develop and enhance our suite of financial products based on insights derived from customer and market dataMonitoring product performance and regularly reporting out to the executive committeeREQUIREMENTS7years of relevant experience; experience with consumer financial services a plusBachelor's degree required, MBA a plusSuperior critical thinking skills, ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.Excellent analytical and financial modeling capabilities are requiredEnthusiastic about operating in a fast-paced, unstructured environment and being self-directed Strong communication skills, particularly in translating complex issues into actionable items Deep intellectual curiosity and strong drive to challenge the status quoHigh integrity and a desire to make a difference in the lives of hardworking AmericansCBWe appreciate your interest in Jackson Hewitt Tax Service.
