This role will ensure marketing is driving high-quality leads and traffic, and that the client journey is seamless on Digital Experience (DX).What you will be doing:• Streamlining the localization process and sharing learnings with the global team. Track creative performance in platforms and ensure key takeaways are shared and implemented.• Continuously optimizing marketing efforts in the market, submitting tests through project management system (JIRA), and sharing innovative ideas from other markets.• Working with PMM on test and learn agenda, conducting Pre/Post & A/B tests. Aligning with the media and DX teams for test launches and performance evaluation. On-going research and recommendations on test opportunities that are in line with sales objectives and business goals.• Managing the entire lead journey across Media, DX, MLPX, CRM, and Retailer, adopting global tools like "Enhanced Leads" and "Intent Score" to support CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) for MLPX and retailers, and generating incremental leads through programs such as Off-DX leads and Lead form optimization.• Support development and on-going tracking of customer journey, ensuring seamless client experience from media exposure through DX journey through lead submission• On-going recommendations for local and global dashboards for performance tracking• Monitoring campaign Performance across Social, Programmatic, and Search• Monitoring demand and sharing findings with Media, Retail and key stakeholders• Performing other duties as requiredWhat you will need:• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, or related field or equivalent work experience.• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, or marketing analytics.• Familiar with media platform : DV360, META, SA360 etc.• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.• Knowledge of automotive/luxury brand marketing space as well as automotive digital shopping journey strongly preferred.• Commercial mindset and orientation toward driving conversion/revenue. Excellent communication and collaboration skillsSchedule: Hybrid Ways of Working (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - office days; Wednesday and Friday - choice days)Recruitment Salary Range: $70,500 - $92,000Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized components, including location, skills, experience, and market factors. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus in addition to a full range of medical/health, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick/personal, and parental leave).
