Email Marketing Specialist

At Jalasoft, we are hiring a motivated and experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. 

You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation, nurturing prospects, and closely collaborating with the sales team to achieve both online and offline conversions. 

All our tasks are conducted in English, requiring advanced written communication skills and intermediate oral skills. 

Main Responsibilities: 

• Design, plan, and execute effective email marketing campaigns aligned with lead acquisition and conversion goals. 

• Use HubSpot as the primary tool to manage, automate, and optimize email marketing campaigns (Mandatory). 

• Implement A/B testing and analyze results to optimize open rates, clicks, and conversions. 

• Collaborate with the sales team to generate nurturing strategies that drive leads through the sales funnel. 

• Create periodic performance reports of campaigns and present detailed analyses with improvement recommendations. 

• Monitor and maintain an up-to-date and segmented contact database to maximize campaign effectiveness. 

• Ensure all campaigns comply with privacy and data protection regulations. 

• Conduct audits and continuous improvements in email workflows and automations. 

Requirements: 

• Advanced written English and intermediate oral English. 

• Proficiency in HubSpot as an email marketing tool (HubSpot certifications and training credentials will be valued). 

• Previous experience with email marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and nurturing. 

• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign performance. 

Nice-to-Have: 

• Knowledge of prospecting tools such as 6Sense or Apollo. 

• Experience with prospecting and lead scoring strategies. 

• Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing and automation. 

• Knowledge of AI to streamline processes and implement continuous improvements.
