We are looking to hire Two Female Matrons Part-Time

Monday- Friday 8am-1pm

Sundays & Sundays 8am-12pm

We are hiring for multiple shifts, so let us know on the application when you are available. This includes days, nights and weekends as well as 40 hour a week full-time or 20-30 hour part-time schedules.

Where

We have immediate needs in Manhattan, NY, and the surrounding area. Just let us know where else you are open to working on the application.

Hourly Pay

Our Pay Rates Start at $16.50 Per Hour

Responsibilities:

What you’ll be doing

Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types.
Dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and loose furniture.
Scrubbing and sanitizing bathroom toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures.
Emptying trash cans as well as washing and drying windows.
Requesting cleaning supply orders, reporting breakages and needed repairs.
Assisting building management with all projects and all other job duties as requested.

What’s needed to do the job

You’ll be ensuring tenants, guests and vendors have a clean, healthy and safe property to live or work in. It’s important to be polite and respectful as well as thorough and observant of what more can be done to provide the highest level of service.

…and now the Requirements

Any Residential or Commercial site cleaning experience as a Janitor, Custodian, Porter or Matron.
Familiar with using cleaning products and equipment to clean floors and carpets.
Able to work on a team as well as independently when needed.
Willing to stand on your feet for extended periods of time.
A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
