Building Information: 39 unique two- to five-bedroom residences are graciously distributed over 21 interlaced levels and feature soaring ceiling heights of over ten feet, private or semi-private elevator entries and integrated setback terraces and balconies in most residences: ZAHA
Work Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday (2:30pm to 11:00pm) DAYS OFF: Monday & Tuesday
The Janitor/Porter responsibilities include:

Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, hallways, elevators, common areas, and restrooms (mop, sweep, strip/wax/buff floors, dust, vacuum and garbage removal)

Light maintenance may be assigned
- Provide excellent customer service to residents

General upkeep of the buildings and grounds

Snow removal and landscaping
- Maintain all equipment and supplies in proper condition

Special projects as assigned
Compensation:
$27.95 (Full Union Rate)

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years prior janitor, cleaner, or porter experience

Must be reliable and have experience working with cleaning chemicals

Must be a team player and be able to work with little supervision

Excellent time management skills and work ethic needed

Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and be able to stand for an 8 hour shift

Light maintenance knowledge is a plus
- You may be required to be on call as needed.
