Digital Solutions Manager

As the Digital Solutions Manager at JASARA PMC, you will be instrumental in driving innovation through technology within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze and optimize the organization's operations and business processes by implementing cutting-edge digital solutions. You will lead a team dedicated to identifying project needs, delivering tailored digital solutions, and ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess digital transformation opportunities within operations and provide actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of digital tools and platforms.
• Manage the lifecycle of digital projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they meet organizational standards.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance team skills in using digital solutions effectively.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of digital initiatives, reporting on key metrics and improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in a digital solutions role, with a focus on project management.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud services, data analytics, and software development.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in a construction or project management environment is preferred.
