Organization Development Consultant

JASARA PMC is looking for an experienced Organization Development Consultant to join our team. In this critical role, you will leverage your expertise to assess, design, and implement organizational development strategies that enhance workforce capabilities and drive performance improvement. Working closely with various stakeholders, you will provide insights and recommendations to help cultivate an effective and engaged culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas of improvement and development needs.
• Design and implement customized organizational development programs aligned with business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build team functionality and leadership capabilities.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to create and integrate talent management strategies.
• Support change initiatives by providing coaching, guidance, and change management expertise.
• Utilize metrics and feedback to measure the impact of organizational development interventions and programs.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in organizational development.

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in organizational development consulting or related roles.
• Proven experience designing and implementing effective development programs.
• Strong background in change management and organizational assessment methodologies.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Certifications in coaching, organizational development, or related areas are a plus.
