Stage Gate Lead

JASARA PMC is searching for a Stage Gate Lead to oversee and facilitate the Stage Gate processes within our projects. This role is essential for ensuring that all projects progress through their respective stages in a controlled and efficient manner, adhering to quality and governance standards. The Stage Gate Lead will work collaboratively with project teams to assess risks, validate project plans, and drive accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the Stage Gate framework across all projects to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Facilitate Stage Gate meetings, guiding project teams through the evaluation and decision-making process.
• Monitor project progress and assess whether projects are ready to advance to the next stage.
• Identify and mitigate risks that may inhibit project success.
• Collaborate with project leads and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, milestones, and deliverables.
• Provide training and support to project teams on the Stage Gate process and governance requirements.
• Compile and present reports on project performance, highlighting key issues and recommendations for improvement.
• Continuously improve the Stage Gate process based on feedback and evolving best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management or stage gate processes, preferably within the engineering or construction industries.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and facilitating decision-making processes.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess project feasibility and risks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
