We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Product Manager to lead the development and growth of Jasper Health’s  Navigation Care management platform, Compass. As the Sr. Product Manager for Compass, reporting to the Chief Product Office, you play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our Compass platform, defining the roadmap, and driving impact against our defined business objectives. In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to create a meaningful difference in patients' lives while contributing to the success and scale of Jasper’s Care Navigation offering.

Role and Responsibilities

• Product Execution Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to streamline and optimize the product development lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure rapid, constructive feedback cycles, and efficient product delivery while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Product Velocity: Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement within the product development process. Implement agile, data-driven methodologies and best practices to increase development speed and productivity.
• Clinical Collaboration and Quality Assurance: Foster a strong partnership with our clinical team to deeply understand the healthcare landscape, patient needs, and evidence-based practices. Ensure rigorous testing and quality assurance procedures are in place to deliver reliable and user-friendly products.
• Project Management: Oversee product development timelines and resource allocation, in close collaboration with Jasper’s Technical Project Managers (TPMs). Monitor project progress and proactively address potential roadblocks to maintain delivery velocity.
• Data-Driven Approach: Utilize data and performance metrics to assess the efficiency of the product development process. Use insights to make informed decisions that boost delivery velocity and overall product success.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and user expectations. Leverage market insights to align product delivery with consumer needs and preferences.
• Collaboration and Communication: Partner with executive leadership, engineering, design, member marketing, and clinical to ensure seamless coordination and communication. Foster strong cross-functional collaboration for efficient product development in sync with Jasper’s broader product portfolio .
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the consumer patient-facing platform adheres to all relevant healthcare regulations, privacy standards, and industry best practices.
• Member-centric Innovation and Efficiency: Drive a culture of innovation rooted in value to the member and Navigator promoting creative problem-solving and efficient execution of product initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Proven experience (7+ years) in product management
• Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies and how to apply them effectively with a data-driven, iterative mentality. 
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
• Passion for delivering high-quality products that make a positive impact on consumers' lives.
