The Role
We are looking for an HR Systems Analyst to join our tight-knit HR team (3 people based in London) to help expand and optimise HR operations including payroll in keeping with our global growth. Alongside BAU employee data processing, reporting and payroll duties, we will be rolling out a new HRIS and payroll solution. You will be key in the successful design and delivery of the project, executing the rollout with supervision and support of the wider team. It is essential that you are a team player, with strong communication skills in order to gain stakeholder buy in. This will be an ongoing project carrying out maintenance and improvements to optimise employee experience on a global scale through consistency and automation, maximizing the strategic impact of the HRIS to deliver optimal value to the business.
The role would suit someone with a genuine attention to detail as well as a solid foundation of HR system experience, (e.g. Workday). You will have a history of maintaining HR system data quality as well as experience driving HR processes such as employee onboarding/offboarding, working alongside other colleagues to maintain a consistent approach. There is a lot of room for impact in this area of the business and so we are looking for someone keen to take ownership and willing to suggest improvements and automations where possible.
