Global Events Coordinator

As the Global Events Coordinator at Jazwares, one of the fastest toy manufacturers, you will play a vital role in supporting the Global Events Team. Your work will involve coordinating product samples, supplies, and administrative functions to ensure successful and impressive results. Working closely with the Brand, Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and various departments, you will strive to exceed expectations and achieve the goals for each show. Your contribution will directly impact the success of our events and leave a lasting impression on our audience.What you will do:• Request production samples, packaging mock-ups, prototypes, and design elements needed to execute Global Events.• Manage Global Events Calendar and administrative documents.• Assist with the packing and shipping of all Global Events samples and supplies.• Establish deadlines for mock-ups, graphics, and shipping to events• Ensure that all deadlines are met and immediately red-flag any issues to senior management.• Provide Global Event support on-site, as needed.• Must have the ability to work well in a fast-paced and changing environment as an effective multi-tasker.Supervisor ResponsibilitiesManages People: NoWhat we are looking for:• A bachelor's degree in event management or another related field is preferred.• 1 – 3 years of experience in logistics, coordination, administration support, or related field, event management is a plus.• Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.• Must have the ability to work well in a fast-paced and changing environment, as an effective multi-tasker.• Able to work cross functionally, collaboratively, and reciprocally with multiple departments.• Strong verbal and written communication skills.• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Drive.• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time.• Ability to deal effectively with diverse individuals at all organizational levels.Working Conditions• Environment: Varies (Office, Outside, Warehouse)• Extreme Exposures: None• Schedule: Schedule varies, must be able to work nights and weekends depending on business needs• Physical Requirements:• Lift up to 25 lbs• Must be able to stand, walk, sit, hear, see• Must be comfortable working in high precarious places• Travel Required: Yes – Often, must be able to travel up to 20% of the time (Nationally & Internationally)What we offer:At Jazwares, we believe in providing our employees with comprehensive and competitive benefits that support their well-being and overall satisfaction. The salary range for this position is $25.00 - 28.00 /Hr. Actual base hourly compensation may vary based on experience, role tenure, performance, industry, and location. Eligibility for annual performance incentives may apply.
