Skills

Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience is a plus
Professional appearance & excellent communication skills
Ability to follow set guidelines and rules within a team atmosphere

Responsibilities

Assist customers with vehicle purchases and determine the need for a financial package
Prepare, verify, and execute all purchasing documents with the sales department
Determine customer creditworthiness and prepare transaction documents
Offer vehicle financing and insurance, maintaining dealership reputation
Train, mentor, and motivate sales associates
