Job DescriptionJob Summary:Point Bonita Capital employs a strategy that invests corporate credit through the inefficiencies of the trade finance marketplace and global supply chain to achieve risk adjusted returns. This role will be part of an operations team responsible for track and reconcile payable and receivable inventory across multiple systems and relationships.Responsibilities:• Track and reconcile payable and receivable inventory across multiple systems and relationships.• Perform system demo’s for new and prospective clients.• Obtain support documentation for the execution of transactions.• Respond to day-to-day inquiries from relationship managers, credit approval department, middle and back office.• Familiarity with interpreting trade facility documents and implementing and operationalizing programs with clients• Ability to manage and track client documents• Keep abreast of industry updates, economic environment and obligor-level credit matters that may impact the trade finance portfolio• Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports to management and other ad hoc reports required by Group Head or Team Leader.• Remain aware of all compliance and risk factors and continually work together with senior members of the team to proactively minimize and mitigate risk.• Maintain a good working knowledge of the policies and procedures and identify exceptions to policies.• Participate in quarterly and annual portfolio reviews and related management reporting.• Prepare responses to queries from relevant stakeholders, ad hoc projects, and activities as required within the group.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree• 3-5 years of operational and analytical experience for financial services companies• Prefer candidates with 3 years of factoring, supply chain finance, and inventory finance/secured lending operations experience• Strong work ethic• Good judgment• Communication (written and verbal)• Problem solving• Ability to research and address issues independently and escalate when appropriate• Detail-oriented• Ability to manage deadlines• An understanding of financial markets and different investment vehicles.The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $115,000.About UsJefferies Financial Group Inc.
