Job Description

 

Reporting to the India Managing Director you will create impact within our Client Management Team. We are looking for someone with a background in client management and exposure to Digital marketing and /or Martech who can be a true partner to our clients. Effectively identifying client challenges, interpret briefs, and turning them into the best agency solutions.

Your daily role will focus on the India region, but involve collaboration with global stakeholders to bring to life our One Jellyfish approach.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • As a Account Director , Client Management, you will Build relationships with clients and key account stakeholders
  • Act as the primary connection between Jellyfish and the client
  • Guide clients on their digital maturity and growth
  • Drive profitable growth for assigned clients
  • Work with internal teams to help serve clients
  • Stay on top of industry updates and understand priorities for your clients based on their verticals and current marketing activities
  • Work with C-level members of your accounts, unlocking the potential for growth within our client organization.
  • You will help drive excellence for our clients, ensuring best-in-class delivery.
  • Maintain accurate account, contact, and opportunity data in Salesforce.
  • Connect with other departments/industry/global leads to develop innovative approaches to solving the trickiest of client business problems.
  • Cultivate the development of external partnerships (e.g., Google, Facebook, Salesforce, and Amazon) and jointly develop growth plans for clients.
  • Manages client commercial targets. Maintains robust commercial insights for the Hub and ensures accurate revenue and pipeline forecasts for the Hub at all times.
  • Collaborates with the Growth team and contributes to the new business approach to prospective clients.

Qualifications

Role Requirements

  • Min of 9 years to max 11 years of Digital Marketing and / or Martech industry experience in Client Management . Agency experience is must
  • Proficiency in working across multiple digital capabilities (Paid Media , Optimisation, Return on Investment Analytics, Google Analytics) to support enterprise clients.
  • Demonstrated experience working with paid media platform like Google, Amazon or Meta.
  • You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
