Job Description

Reporting to the Client Partner, as an Account Executive you'll support customer relationship management, help manage a client portfolio, ensuring you understand your clients goals. You will be experienced in sales and customer service. You will be a reliable professional, able to balance customer orientation and a results driven approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Elaboration of weekly monitoring reports with results vs. plan
  • Quality controls with listening in Customer Service especially focused on commercial attention
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Support the efficient running of your assigned client accounts
  • Understand and be able to discuss Jellyfish product/solutions provided with the client
  • Confidently liaise with other capabilities or teams to complete tasks (eg. a product, project management, billing)
  • Understanding of Jellyfish's value proposition
  • Understand the Everyday Fundamental Tools for Client Management

Qualifications

  • Client-facing skills, team worker, and communicative person
  • 1 year of experience in a sales/customer service role
  • General knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook, GMP, Analytics value and operation
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects and converse with confidence, demonstrating good interpersonal skills and ability to connect to Jellyfish culture
  • A passion for digital and stay up to date with industry trends new skills
  • Experience following a clear process for outreach using different methods
