Vice President of Client Relations

Job OverviewAs a key member of our leadership team, the Vice President of Client Relations will report directly to the US Managing Director. We seek an individual with a robust background in client relations who can effectively partner with our clients, guiding our teams in identifying client needs, interpreting their requirements, and delivering optimal agency solutions.This role will primarily focus on the US market while collaborating with global stakeholders to implement our unified Jellyfish strategy.Compensation: The salary range for this position is $(phone number removed) per year.Key Responsibilities:In the capacity of Vice President of Client Relations, you will oversee the strategic direction of your client portfolio, ensuring that you and your team pursue excellence on behalf of your clients.Your leadership will contribute significantly to Jellyfish's success by establishing the highest standards in client satisfaction and retention, as well as expanding service offerings across your portfolio.You will lead by example and mentor team members, taking charge of one or more of the most complex and vital client accounts at Jellyfish. Building strong client relationships will be essential.Recognized by clients as the primary contact on accounts, you will serve as a trusted advisor, collaborating with C-level executives to unlock growth opportunities within their organizations.Engaging with senior leadership from both the client and Jellyfish sides, you will develop strategies that create a significant positive impact on client outcomes.Connecting with various departments and global leads, you will innovate solutions to address the most challenging client business issues.As an advocate for best practices, you will promote and support the implementation of Client Management strategies across teams, offering solutions to enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of our practices.As the client lead, you will manage commercial targets and facilitate the growth of net revenue for portfolio clients.Your efforts will drive excellence for our clients, ensuring top-tier delivery.Collaborating with other senior leaders within the organization, you will advance the One Jellyfish vision and foster a creative community culture throughout the region.
