What you’ll do


Prospecting for new partners: Jellyvision has a large and growing list of broker partners that we work with. You’ll help us prospect into new firms as well as within our current partnerships to find new contacts for our sales team to work with.


Renewal outreach: In addition to working on new partnerships, you’ll be working with Channel Sales Managers on their block of renewal business: contacting brokers to set up time to walk through all of the new stuff going on at Jellyvision, and helping to lock down renewals.

Channel Understanding: Get to know brokers’ problems, pain, priorities and goals; we’ll be looking to you to become a resident expert on our brokers. You’ll also work closely with CSMs on their pipelines, identifying any gaps and opportunities to follow-up with brokers to help progress deals.


How you’ll do it


Prospect for new business and maintain existing customers


  • As a CDA, you’ll have access to a top of the line tech stack for developing outreach to be used at scale; building, maintaining, and deploying sales collateral; and managing opportunities in our CRM.
  • You’ll set meetings for our channel managers, join in the intro calls, and occasionally participate in presentations. The more knowledge you build, the more you’ll be able to use it in the field.
  • You’ll work individually with our channel managers to set a strategy to reach out to their returning customers, setting meetings to discuss new products, updates in their benefits, and identify goals for the year. You’ll have a direct impact on our renewal business for the year.


Experience & skills you’ll need


2-4 years of experience. Bonus if you have HR Tech or employee benefits broker industry experience.

While we’re big believers that the right “DNA” and cultural fit are what makes for a successful hire, we’ll take an early shine to candidates with the following background, skills, and experience:


  • You have a proven track record of prospecting for business, executing outreach on a large scale.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach or other sales software systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: You are confident, driven, charismatic, fearless, humble, and able to tailor your delivery to a wide variety of audiences.
  • Organization and time management: You know how to stay on top of tasks and prioritize your time effectively. When you have a million to-dos, step one is rolling up your sleeves.
  • Relationship building: Earning a stranger’s trust quickly can be a challenge, but that’s where you shine. You know how to set up a call and provide all of the insight necessary for a smooth transition.
  • Ability to play well with others: You’re delightful in collaborative situations and eager to work with other CDAs, your CSMs, and our sales leadership team.

  • Location: Remote
  • Starting Salary: $71,010 - $86,790
  • Additional Compensation: This role is commission eligible
