About the opportunity:

Jerry is building the first AllCar™ super app to help people save time and money on their car — one of their most expensive assets and a $2T market in the U.S. We are leveraging technology and machine learning to help people optimize every aspect of owning a car including buy and sell, insurance, financing, safety, maintenance, repairs, and more. Since we launched our app in 2019, we have amassed over 6M customers, raised $240MM in funding, scaled our revenue 40X and our team to 250 across 7 countries.

We are looking for a Contract Recruiter to join our growing team! Reporting directly to one of our cofounders, you will partner closely with our senior leadership team to identify, attract, assess and close top-tier talent for mid to senior-level searches across R&D and G&A, including leadership hiring. This is a full-time 6 month contract position, with opportunities for extension or permanent employment contingent on outstanding performance. How you will make an impact:

• Full cycle recruiting  for mid-to-senior level roles across a variety of business areas including product management, software engineering, data science, product design and research, growth marketing, communications, creative production, legal services, editorial content, human resources, finance and operations

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and implement effective recruiting strategies tailored to specific roles

• Identify, attract, assess and close passive candidates through various channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other niche community platforms

Ideal profile:

• 8+ years of full cycle recruiting experience across a variety of business functions (ideally a mix of agency and startup experience)

• Comfortable pitching, conducting thorough interviews, and leading offer negotiations for senior-level positions

• Bachelor's or Graduate degree in an intellectually rigorous discipline
