About the opportunity:

Jerry is building the first AllCar™ super app to help people save time and money on their car — one of their most expensive assets and a $2T market in the U.S. We are leveraging technology and machine learning to help people optimize every aspect of owning a car including buy and sell, insurance, financing, safety, maintenance, repairs, and more. Since we launched our app in 2019, we have amassed over 6M customers, raised $240MM in funding, scaled our revenue 40X and our team to 250 across 7 countries.

We are looking for a Senior Talent Sourcer to join our growing team! Reporting directly to one of our cofounders, you will partner closely with our senior leadership team to identify and engage top-tier talent for our most complex and critical searches across R&D and G&A, including executive hiring. This is a full-time contract position, with opportunities for extension or permanent employment contingent on outstanding performance. How you will make an impact:

  • Source top talent for senior and executive-level roles across a variety of business areas including product management, software engineering, data science, product design/research, marketing, communications, creative production, legal, editorial content, human resources, finance and operations

  • Leverage advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates through various channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other niche community platforms

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies tailored to specific roles

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market intelligence to continuously improve on sourcing strategies and best practices

Who you are:

  • You excel at identifying and attracting top talent by crafting compelling outreach messages and employing innovative and unconventional methods to find and engage exceptional candidates

  • You have a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in creating effective boolean strings and are passionate about continuously improving on your craft

  • You are a high achiever and are always raising the bar for yourself and for those around you.

  • You are as comfortable operating within defined parameters as you are with a high degree of ambiguity.

Ideal profile:

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, specializing in sourcing top talent, ideally within demanding and fast-paced startup environment across a variety of functions

  • Proven track record of successfully leading multiple searches simultaneously, consistently reducing average time to fill/hire.

  • Bachelor's or Graduate degree in an intellectually rigorous discipline
