Job OverviewWe are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced food service environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. This position requires a positive attitude, strong time management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with your team.Duties- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including Aloha POS, for processing transactions efficiently.- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.- Assist in food preparation and kitchen duties, ensuring all food items are prepared according to safety standards.- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, including bussing tables and cleaning equipment.- Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our customers.- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to food service and customer interaction.Qualifications- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus.- Strong cash handling skills and attention to detail when processing transactions.- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.- Ability to work as part of a team while also being able to take initiative when necessary.- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with food service operations.Join us as a Crew Member where you can grow your skills in a dynamic environment while making a positive impact on our customers' dining experiences!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeExpected hours: No less than 40 per weekShift:• 10 hour shift• 8 hour shift• Day shift• Evening shift• Morning shift• Night shiftExperience:• Basic math: 1 year (Preferred)Shift availability:• Day Shift (Preferred)• Night Shift (Preferred)• Overnight Shift (Preferred)Ability to Relocate:• Jonesboro, AR 72405: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
