Position overview:

We are looking for driven, capable Customer Service Tech/JIT Associate to support our company’s warehouse operations including driving within the Metro Region Area to make deliveries to our customer sites. Our Customer Service Tech/JIT Associate is also responsible for Optimas-Customer relations, seeing as they will be the face of Optimas at customer sites.

  • The hours for this position are from 6:30am-3:30pm (Monday-Friday)
  • This position consists of driving experience as well as customer service expereince

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Tech/JIT Associate, you may be responsible for the following activities in accordance with your role:

  • Deliver to customer location through Atlanta traffic
  • Positive interaction with customers
  • Building relationships with customers
  • Interact with other departments such as purchasing, sales, customer service, etc.
  • Stock customer parts on shelves and refill bins
  • Refill vending machines
  • Take inventory
  • Load/unload trucks
  • Maintain vehicle maintenance

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Able to lift 50 lbs
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Pass Health physical as required by DOT
