Jitterbit is looking for an experienced, customer-obsessed Senior UX Designer to join our Web & Digital Strategy team. You will be a key contributor to the continual evolution of our customer-facing website, helping to improve overall usability, optimize user journeys, and increase conversion rates.
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand ongoing business needs and goals
Conduct competitive and comparative research to understand how the industry as a whole is evolving
Create detailed wireframes, journey maps and user flows that address business and user needs
Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UX designs
Assist with A/B testing initiatives to identify incremental changes to website content and design that will contribute to site experience and performance improvements
Review behavioral and analytics reports to gain insight into how users engage with our website, and identity opportunities for improvement
Create new web pages in our CMS (WordPress), and manage ongoing content updates for existing pages
Collaborate with the Marketing design team to integrate visual and brand identity into the web experience, and develop additional graphic assets as required
Ensure all designs are scalable and responsive, optimized for different devices and screen sizes
Review content structure and recommend information architecture improvements
Keep up to date with industry trends in all fields that relate to UI/UX, including mobile design, responsive design, accessibility and evolving web/mobile standards
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in design, or equivalent professional experience
5+ years experience in user interface and interaction design across digital channels
Expertise in standard UX software and design tools (such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite)
Clear understanding and demonstrated experience of user-centered design, planning and conducting user research, A/B testing, usability, and accessibility concerns
Online portfolio that highlights challenging design problems and creative solutions that led to direct and positive business impact
Experience and comfort with working in an Agile development environment using tools like Jira
Ability to collaborate with global cross-functional teams and promote a user-centric culture within an organization
CMS experience
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to have: B2B SaaS industry experience, WordPress experience
