Key Responsibilities To be successful in this role, you should be able to ensure accurate reporting of information, and foster critical relationships between various individuals and organizations communication channels will exist with: • Foster strong, trusting and positive relationships and partner with HR business partners, business unit admins and points of contact to collect headcount forecasts and resolve headcount forecast discrepancies between leadership's numbers and those collected at the group level in a proactive, responsive and timely manner. • Ensure teams have adequate space to accommodate current seat demand and future growth. • Maintain accurate Operating Procedure "OP" database. • Be meticulous about details and data • Build block and stack plans and PowerPoint presentation specific to building details needed to support Strategic Planning and Sr. Planners • Project management to review planning strategies that drive construction projects and support implementation of these projects; • Move coordination and facility management teams to review and approve moves, develop migration plans and conduct facility audits; and ensure accuracy • Other members of the occupancy planning team to ensure cross campus/portfolio strategy plans are developed • Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities • Communication champion with excellent communication skills both written and spoken. • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients and the ability to lead through influence. Ability to interact with executive-level clients • Dynamic, strategic thinker, with intellectual curiosity; simplifying the complex and seeing the big picture • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage time to meet deadlines. • Strong prioritization, organizational skills and agility • (move to this section) Proven ability to use advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot table, vlook-up, cell calculations) • Ability to read architectural floor plans and perform basic AutoCAD functions • Proven presentation skills with PowerPoint to tell a story • Ability to read complex occupancy data and report out results • Strong team player • Strong data analytical skills and ability to articulate stories through data Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or related field is required • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in corporate environment. • Previous experience in space/occupancy planning at a strategic level, plus experience with interior office renovations is highly desirable. • CAFM system experience (Archibus experience is desirable) Behavioral Competencies • Think Big - Ask the right questions to understand our client's underlying needs.
