For one of our clients, we are looking for a Market Area Manager, remotely from Kansas, USA.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving market growth and building strong, consultative relationships with automotive dealerships in your assigned territory. You will work independently to manage your territory like a small business, with a focus on business development, account management, and client services. This is an excellent opportunity for self-starters with a track record of success in sales, as you will have the flexibility to set your own schedule while receiving continuous training and support.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage and grow your assigned territory by prospecting automotive dealerships and developing new business relationships.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers through consultative sales techniques and solutions-based discussions.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and continued business development.
  • Drive performance in your territory with an entrepreneurial mindset, acting as a representative of the company while meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Maintain regular communication with dealers, providing value-driven insights to help them improve their business.

  • A proven track record of success in a competitive sales environment, ideally with experience in B2B or finance.
  • Ability to travel 80% of the time within your assigned market.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and vehicle registration.
  • Occasional overnight travel (less than 10%).
  • Preferred: Experience or knowledge of auto finance or retail operations, along with established relationships with dealers in the defined territory.
  • Uncapped earning potential with a base salary and performance-based commission.
  • Quarterly profit sharing and a company-provided phone, computer, and vehicle allowance.
