In this role, you’ll join an Agile development team building high-impact, scalable SaaS solutions that power the freight and logistics industry. As a Software Engineer III, you’ll take ownership of the full development lifecycle—designing, coding, testing, and maintaining robust APIs and applications. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, proactively shaping team dynamics and influencing best practices. This role requires a deep technical foundation, a drive for clean and maintainable code, and the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas. Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain API endpoints and backend services using C#, .NET Core, Node.js, AWS Lambda, and SQL
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, influencing team communication and ensuring technical excellence
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for both internal use and cross-team collaboration
  • Perform code reviews and contribute to improving code quality, architecture, and team standards
  • Optimize development workflows by enhancing tools, test coverage, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Collaborate with other squads to resolve blockers and align on architecture decisions
  • Take full ownership of code in production—including debugging, support, and iterative improvements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 4+ years of experience
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design patterns
  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and CSS preprocessors like SASS
  • Solid experience with RESTful APIs and working knowledge of GraphQL
  • Skilled in writing efficient SQL queries and working with relational databases
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud services, especially serverless technologies like Lambda and API Gateway
  • Excellent debugging, documentation, and communication skills
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
