One of our companies is currently looking for a Software Engineering Leader in Argentina, Spain, or Uruguay.

This is a unique opportunity for a passionate software engineering leader to take ownership of a high-performing development team building mission-critical applications for some of the world’s biggest brands. You’ll be responsible for driving technical excellence, mentoring team members, managing delivery timelines, and ensuring the scalability and performance of the applications. Accountabilities:

• Lead and mentor a remote software development team, ensuring technical excellence and growth
• Manage weekly planning, team accountability, and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade applications
• Drive architecture and technical direction across projects while staying hands-on with coding
• Hire top-tier talent and support team members’ career development
• Collaborate with other teams to coordinate project planning, execution, and cross-functional goals
• Ensure system robustness, scalability, and performance using best practices in monitoring and testing

• Proven experience leading distributed software engineering teams
• Strong hands-on background in software development, with expertise in Java or Go, and frontend development using JavaScript/TypeScript
• Deep understanding of scalable systems, microservices architecture, and relational databases
• Proficiency in tools such as NewRelic, Datadog, Grafana/Prometheus, and distributed logging systems like ELK
• Experience with AWS, NoSQL databases, and test-driven development is a plus
• Strong documentation skills and excellent communication in English (Spanish is a plus)
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments
