In this role, you will be a key contributor to the development of cutting-edge, data-driven web experiences for a high-performance front-end team. Working with the latest technologies, including NextJs, TypeScript, and React, you will lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that every product release meets the highest standards of quality and performance. Accountabilities:

  • Lead the development of dynamic, scalable web applications using NextJs, TypeScript, and React.
  • Drive the development of efficient and high-performance code, ensuring excellent UX and seamless integration with other teams such as Cloud Ops and Cyber Security.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, product owners, and project managers to deliver engaging and robust web solutions.
  • Optimize web performance by leveraging modern web architectures, CDNs, and AI tools, ensuring fast load times and high user satisfaction.
  • Oversee and improve site performance metrics and break down complex technical tasks into manageable steps for the team.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, providing support and sharing expertise to build a high-performing team.

  • Expertise in NextJs, React, TypeScript, and Vanilla JS, with experience building medium to large-scale web applications.
  • Strong knowledge of site performance metrics and optimizing for speed and efficiency.
  • Experience with tools such as Auth0, GraphQL, Docker, Figma, and CSS frameworks like Tailwind.
  • Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams to ensure effective communication and successful project execution.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and how they integrate into web development.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, AI tooling, and modern web architecture best practices.
  • Prior experience in investing, finance, or content-heavy industries is a plus.
  • Experience with NodeJs, Cloudflare Pages, AWS, and other modern development tools is preferred.
