This is an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute your expertise in family law matters. You will be handling various complex legal issues involving high net worth divorces, annulments, child custody/support, prenuptial agreements, and adoption.Responsibilities• Provide sound counsel and representation to clients on various family law matters including but not limited to high net worth divorces, annulments, child custody/support, prenuptial agreements, and adoption.• Develop and implement family law strategies that meet clients' needs and objectives.• Prepare and draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.• Conduct legal research and analysis to keep abreast of changes and updates in family law.• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.• Foster and build client relationships through exceptional client service.• Comply with all legal standards and regulations.Qualifications• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Family Law Attorney.• Must be licensed to practice law in the state.• Proven experience in handling high net worth divorces, annulments, child custody/support, prenuptial agreements, and adoption.• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex legal issues.• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.• Strong research and report writing skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• High degree of professionalism and respect for confidentiality.• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and legal case management skills.• Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.This is not just a job but a chance to make a real difference in people's lives during their most challenging times.
