Join us and be part of the excitement that defines Baltimore's cultural tapestry in this newly created role!Why join us?• Generous Medical/Dental/Vision/401k match/Cell Phone Reimbursement• Onsite Parking (for event days and non-event days)• One Hybrid day after 90 day evaluation• Very little over timeJob DetailsResponsibilities• Perform all general accounting functions including GL, PA, and AR• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations• Prepare bi-weekly payroll• Perform account and bank reconciliations• Prepare monthly financial statements• Coordinate preparation of external audit materials and financial reporting• Assist with budget preparation, and financial reporting• Review contracts to match all billing schedulesQualifications• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related area of study• 3+ years of Hospitality, Hotel, Convention Center accounting experience• Experience with ADP payroll and NetSuite ERP preferred• Prior supervisory responsibility a plusInterested in hearing more?
