Easy Apply now by clicking the "Apply Now" button and sending us your resume.Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per yearA bit about us:We are an industry leading SaaS company.Why join us?• Collaborative and healthy work-life balance.• Competitive compensation and excellent benefits.• Growth track with strong management team.Job DetailsResponsibilities• Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements• Manage revenue team, revenue reporting, and ensure compliance with ASC 606• Assist with weekly cash reporting and other KPI reporting as requested• Help Controller with accounting for and reporting on investment activity• Oversee revenue-related monthly and quarterly close processes• Assist with preparation of monthly and quarterly lender reporting• Assist in the development, documentation, and implementation of internal controls and procedures• Perform variance analysis and provide insights to management• Assist with coordination and completion of external audit• Maintain and improve financial systems and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings, including quarterly tax estimates, business license registrations, and annual reporting requirements• Provide support for special projects, M&A, and financial analysis as needed• Ability to hire, train, coach and help mentor a growing accounting staff• Support the company's accounting operations, including the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions as neededRequired Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role• Experience in the SaaS industry or a strong understanding of SaaS business models and revenue recognition principles• Strong knowledge of GAAP, ASC 606, ASC 842, and other regulatory requirements• Experience supporting external audits• Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently• Effective communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentInterested in hearing more?
