As a Audit Senior, you will be responsible for leading and managing audit engagements for our for-profit clients. You will work closely with our clients to provide assurance and advisory services, ensuring compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of engagements.Responsibilities• Lead and manage audit engagements for our for-profit clients, ensuring compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements• Work closely with clients to provide assurance and advisory services, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for best practices• Manage and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of engagements• Prepare and review related documents• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations• Participate in business development activities, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion• Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure the successful completion of engagementsQualifications• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field• CPA certification required• 3+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on external audit and assurance services• Strong knowledge of GAAP and other regulatory requirements• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and provide recommendations for improvement• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and support• Experience with benefits and insurance audits is a plusIf you are a highly motivated and experienced Audit Senior with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and support, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity in the Finance industry.Interested in hearing more?
