This firm has not only expanded within the local area, but also across the country and offers a variety of Engineering/Construction services within numerous industries and platforms!Why join us?• Phenomenal Compensation• 401k, Company Stock Options• Excellent health benefits• Top notch PTO package, flexibilityJob DetailsResponsibilities• Assist construction project managers to estimate and adhere to proper budgets, create project schedules, and communicate project updates• Oversee construction contract administration and submittal log processes to ensure that the contract document requirements are met throughout the construction experience• Perform cash management, payroll, and billing tasks - prepare invoices, subcontracts, change orders, work orders, purchase orders, and punch lists• Analyze contractual billing as well as construction project managers to estimate and adhere to proper budgets, create project schedules, and communicate project updates• Understand contractual billing terms, and properly invoicing respective customers/clientsSoftware / Educational Qualifications• Associates Degree in Accounting, or equivalent (preferred, not required)• Proficiency within Microsoft Office platformss• Deltek, Costpoint, Spectrum, or anything similar within the Construction/Engineering industryInterested in hearing more?
