Easy Apply now by clicking the "Easy Apply" button and sending us your resume.Salary $100,000 - $180,000 per yearA Bit About UsPrivately owned medical practice located in El PasoWhy join us?Competitive BaseBenefits401KBonusPTOJob DetailsResponsibilities• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, ensuring compliance with all regulatory bodies.• Lead and manage the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.• Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors, highlighting the company's financial performance and forecasts.• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and negotiations.• Develop and implement robust financial management systems to enhance accuracy in financial planning and management.• Work with the management team to develop the company's business strategy, aligning it with financial management strategies.• Lead the company's financial planning and budgeting, ensuring the company has adequate resources to achieve its objectives.• Coordinate the capital budgeting process, ensuring that the company's investments are financially sound.• Implement effective risk management strategies and processes to ensure the company's financial security.• Oversee the company's financial accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.• Develop financial models to support management in making financial decisions.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.• CPA or other relevant qualification is preferred.• At least 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, with a proven track record of success.• Strong knowledge of corporate finance and other accounting principles, laws, and best practices.• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software.• Strong leadership and organizational skills.• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.• An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.• Ability to strategize and solve problems.• Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.• Skill in strategic planning and business development.• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.• Professional certification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus.• Experience with investor owned organizations is a plusInterested in hearing more?
