As a Project Manager with us, you’ll steer multiple projects to success, ensuring they meet budget, schedule, and quality standards. You'll be the linchpin in developing client and vendor relationships while collaborating closely with our Finance and Field Teams.WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB• Leadership Role Take charge from start to finish, overseeing planning, estimating, execution, and monitoring.• Client Engagement Work directly with clients to bring their visions to life, building lasting relationships.• Vendor Relations Negotiate and maintain high-quality vendor services.• On-Site Involvement Regularly visit construction sites to ensure everything runs smoothly and safely.• Team Collaboration Lead meetings, manage resources, and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.• Innovation Employ value engineering techniques to optimize costs without compromising quality.• Career Growth Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Coordinators, guiding the next generation of construction leaders.QualificationsRequired• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.• Five years of commercial construction project management experience.• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods.• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and construction-related software.• Demonstrated financial acumen in project management.• Motivated team player with adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.• Effective written and verbal communication skills.• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.• Commitment to fostering positive relationships and accountability.Desired• Experience in healthcare and/or sensitive occupied commercial construction.• MEP infrastructure project experience.Interested in hearing more?
